Esc-Toy Ltd. is a company located in New York City that focuses in several areas such as merchadise production, brand development and private label servicing.

In the cockpit of the Esc-Toy's logo is founder Erick Scarecrow. In the past Erick has done work for recording artists which include the late and great Jam Master Jay of RUN DMC, Bad Boy Entertainment, Def Jam, and other recording artists. Another highlight are collectible toylines designed by Erick Scarecrow that have been sold in the United States, Great Britain, China, Mexico, South America, Europe and South Africa.

On the brand development side, there are plans to break into the entertainment market with the debut of a high end property.
